Joist Floor fitted with T&G flooring glued and screwed. 6×2 rafters installed with a 5×2 dormer allowing for 2 Velux windows at front of property. Full length dormer to building maximising space, complete with plain tailed. Glass Juliet balcony with an ensuite. 1st and 2nd fix plumbing and electrics.
